Roblox Gift Card Guide Back to homepage

Privacy Notice

Version 1.0 · last updated 1 October 2026

This notice explains what happens to personal information in connection with Roblox Gift Card Guide. It describes this website as it actually is: a set of static pages, with no account system, no tracking code and no server of its own behind the forms.

Plain summary We do not run advertising, analytics or tracking scripts. This website sets no cookies of its own. Information reaches us only if you choose to send an email. The enquiry form on this site cannot send anything, because there is no server behind it.

Information you may choose to give us

The only personal information we receive is what you decide to send by email. That normally means your email address, your name if you sign the message, and whatever you write about your question or correction.

If you use the contact form, your entries stay in your own browser. The form validates what you typed and then displays a message explaining that nothing was sent. Nothing is transmitted, logged or stored by us as a result of using it.

Please do not send us gift card codes, account passwords, payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive information. There is no reason for us to hold those details, and we do not want them.

Website logs and hosting

This site is made of static files. When you load a page, the web server that hosts those files may record standard technical information in its logs, such as your IP address, the browser you used and the pages you requested. That logging is a normal part of serving a website and is controlled by the hosting provider, not by us.

If you have concerns about server logs, the relevant privacy information is the one published by the organisation hosting this site.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not intentionally set any non-essential cookies, and we have not included analytics, advertising or social media tracking code. The small amount of JavaScript on the homepage and the contact page only opens and closes the mobile menu and checks form entries in your browser; it does not store anything on your device. Full details are on the cookies page.

Newsletter

The newsletter box on the homepage is a demonstration form. It is not connected to a mailing service, so no email address entered there is collected, stored or shared. If this ever changes, this notice will be updated first, and the form will explain the provider being used and how to unsubscribe.

Third-party services

We do not currently embed third-party content, fonts, maps, videos, comment systems or payment tools on this website. If a third-party service is added later, this notice will name it and explain what it does before it goes live.

How we use email you send us

We do not sell, rent or trade email addresses, and we do not add people to mailing lists because they contacted us.

How long we keep information

Emails are kept for as long as they are useful for answering the question and maintaining the accuracy of the site, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your message sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as we can. Please note that we can only act on requests about information we actually hold, which in practice means email correspondence.

Children

This website is written for adults who are buying or managing gift cards. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child has emailed us, a parent or guardian can contact us and we will delete the message.

Changes to this notice

If the site changes in a way that affects privacy — for example by adding analytics or a real newsletter provider — this notice will be updated and the version date at the top will change.

Contact

Privacy questions and deletion requests: [email protected]. General editorial questions: [email protected], or use the contact page.

Note for the site owner This page is a general template describing how a static website of this kind behaves. It is not legal advice. Before using the site in production, review the text against the rules that apply to you and your hosting provider, and update it if you add analytics, a mailing service or any other third-party tool.
